One week in

Ok im sorry i didn't update this last night, but yesterday was a week since i started working on dryad and i thought i would do an update to show how far i have gotten

I didn't know which was best so thought i would post both. i have now done 4848 out of 7840 stitches(61.84%) on page one

Or 4848/247200 ( 1.96%) of the full chart.

So over the past few days i have been working on dryad, and here is my update.

the second picture shows the colour changes a little more, their is blue,green,black and browns

This is just a quick update, more for myself than anyone else.

Over the past few days i have been busy stitching away at dryad, (if things continue this way i will have the first page finished within a fortnight of starting, which would be good.

wed i stitched 460, thursday 488, fri only 299 :s, and today so far a whopping 1055, and still more to go :D.

I will get a pic of the progress soon.

If i continue at this rate i am sure to finish my 6 month haed challenge ( to completely finish  pages 1 & 2 of each of my 4 charts)

New chart

hi all, well i have sat butterfly wood up for the next few moths and started a new chart that i bought tuesday night.
I managed to get the fabric on the frame and do 460 stitches last night.

this is my new chart - dryad , again another haed chart

the butterflies are coming

As you can see progress is continuing and the butterflies are starting to show up

Butterfly wood Update

Ok as i stated here is my update on butterfly wood.
As you can see i went over onto page 2 , as the confetti stitches were driving me mad,and i needed some block work,which is a good thing as now the white is driving me up the wall, that i welcome some more confetti stitching just so i can get a different colour used :D. Im sure you all know the feeling

I hope you all like it, finally i can start on some of the very small butterflies. I will update again next week .Till then

ok so i have finally managed to take pictures of my two WIP. Both are HAED designs.

Train of dreams started 31st december 2010. Almost got pages 1 and 2 finished (as you can see still a few stitches to put in)

Butterfly wood started 31st december 2010. Still on page 1, with quite a bit to go as you can see - i really should get stuck into this one more, but due to being on "white" colours i give up after only a small amount of time on it.Once i get onto the butterflies, or darker colours i am sure it will go quicker.

Both of these are on 25 count, one over one fabric. This is the first time ever using this as previously my smallest fabric was 18 count. I am however loving doing these, and i doubt i will go back to other larger fabrics.
